Our Story. Our People. Our Purpose.
Founded in Ahmedabad in 2011 by Mr Viral Shah, InnKey was born from a simple yet ambitious vision — to build India’s first enterprise-grade, cloud-native hospitality platform for individual hotels and chains alike. What began as a pioneering idea soon became a trusted technology foundation for some of the country’s most respected brands, redefining how technology supports hospitality.
As the company evolved, Mr Rohan Shah brought a fresh perspective and global ambition, steering InnKey towards a larger purpose — transforming from a powerful PMS into a comprehensive, intelligent hospitality ecosystem that connects operations, people, and experiences.
"Together, we’ve turned challenges into lessons, and lessons into victories."
Today, InnKey stands as “The Future of Hospitality Technology” — built in India, designed for the world. Its platform empowers hotels to reimagine the guest journey, streamline operations, and maximise revenue through innovation, security, and simplicity.
Behind this transformation is Team InnKey — a passionate group of technologists, hoteliers, designers, and dreamers united by a single belief: that hospitality deserves technology as warm, reliable, and human as the service it powers. Together, they continue to build, evolve, and inspire the next chapter of intelligent hospitality.
